I was 2 year old kid and actually story, and my interest in birding starts from here, sparrows are commonly find in locality, all most every house balcony are place of nesting for Birds. I used to observe chicks of sparrow. and my interest grow with curiosity to understand birds, every morning i get up with listening to sound of sparrow.

We had seen a lot of sparrows in our locality in 1950s. In fact in our house we had sparrow nest. Many generations of this birds laid eggs in that nest in our house and lived. Nice to see them everyday.Even today we see sparrows in our busy locality,

the sparrow nest was present in the chandelier in the mall. also, there are a number of palm trees inside the mall where these sparrows were seen! i seldom saw these sparrows picking up any food from the trash cans, etc in the mall.

sparrows were generally seen on the terrace, in pairs. surprisingly, there was no food around there, nor could i ever spot a nest in the vicinity of that terrace.
