St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut is in Austria. It's a large lake sourounded with Alpine mountains. This place is a small village on the banks of the lake with restaurants and hotels. The sparrows fly around everywhere. The Sparrows look lovely.

Daily, infront of my house there will be 30 to 100 sparrows with their small sparrows. As there are more grains sparrows come daily and those grains. If we go near to them, they all fly at the same time. And i ran back to find where they go. Then i saw that they have built nests and have kept their young ones inside the nest. They were all so cute and when my cousin saw those she wanted to play with that ( even me ). And she tied an small sparrow. We were playing with that for a while, i felt that we should not hut, let's leave it independently and as soon as we left it went to its nest. In my cousins native ( kuppagoundanvalasu ) the sparrows were there more than 100 first. But now it is not there in all places and it is there only in half of the village. I was very amazed and enjoyed the experiencethat i had with sparrows.

I have been following Citizen Sparrow only since couple of months now. To start with, I started observing number of sparrows in our society compound through my window (between 10-11am). For couple of days, i didn't find many, but around 3-5 sparrows. However, one day i got up early (7-9am) and saw sparrows more than 20-25. Happy to see so many of them within a little area of our society compound.

This area has no mobile tower within visible range to my knowledge .I saw various types of sparrows smaller in blue, black, green , red colors everyday in my garden .We have heavy weight sparrows in large nos, common sparrows in less numbers , pigeons small and normal ,peacock and crows too.
The surroundings have lot of green areas but lot of construction activity also going on for multi storeyed flats and office complexes.
