SPARROWS ARE LITTLE BIRDS GIVING HAPPINESS TO EVEYONE AROUND THEM INCLUDING SMALL CHILDREN ,I WAS BORN IN DOMBIVILI IN THANE DISTRICT WHERE I HAVE SEEN HUNDREDS OF SPARROWS DAILY IN MY CHILDHOOD DAYS .TODAY SPARROWS ARE GOING TO BE HISTORY LIKE DINASAURS AND MAY BECOME EXTINCT AT THIS RATE.WE WILL DO EVERYTHING TO PRESERVE THEM.

Vijayalakshmi N - Kendriya Vihar Residential complex Sector 11, Kharghar Navi Mumbai Maharashtra

I have uploaded many photos and videos in Citizen Sparrow's Facebook page. We have plenty of sparrows here and they assemble daily in our garden. My parents feed them powdered biscuits and rice grains daily while I go to office. We have also kept a gas trolley with water in the garden. They use it for drinking water as well as bathing. Other birds like Oriental Magpie Robin, Black Headed and Red Cheeked Bulbuls, Mynah, Pigeons, Purple Rumped Sunbird and Ashy Prinia also visit our garden and bathe in the tub. They also eat the biscuits.

On Sundays I can't resist clicking their photos and recording videos! They are so cute, adorable and child like. They are spoilt brats and a pampered lot. One video which has been shared a lot and appreciated is my video on the sparrows enjoying a bath in the gas trolley. It's very clear....has come out well. Watching their antics really makes happy and relieves the mind. Sparrows are a delight to watch. I am a bird lover and love all the birds. But sparrows have a special corner in my heart :)

Vimal Saxena - Joggers Park, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh

There is a joggers park where I reside and I go there daily for my routine evening walk.
I see many sparrows in trees in the park in evening (usually when they are returning back to their nests).
