One day my my naughty friend has targeted a sparrow by stone & one leg of sparrow injured & I took the sparrow in my house over the fan & rubbed the antiseptic cream, after roaming some time in my house, she flied away.

i saw the sparrows daily they built a nest in our home.
daily they came inside our kitchen and collect the foods which is in the ground. we love very much them. they are in our home more than one year. there is an female and male sparrow.we thought them as our family member. we put name for them kuttiyamma for female and karupa for male.daily we put food for them many times little sparrows born and fly happily

Once I dreamt that i became a sparrow & flying upon the trees & roof after a long time when I realize hunger & thrust but I could not get some thing to eat. After some time I saw some grain on a roof. As soon as I pick-up the grain one stone has thrown to me, I ran but other side one cat is jumped on me , now I bitterly escaped & cried for help-BACHAO-BACHAO. Suddenly, My Mom came & asked what happened & I dreamt out & said all story to my mother, My mother said that all birds have required help from us, as you have realised that birds are every time in trouble. Since then I offer some foods grains & water to birds in my small garden.

For me sparrows are normally present everywhere.. i have seen them wherever i travel all over India. I notice they eat grains as well as insects.. if the populations are declining, it is possible they are eating insects which ahve consumed poison. I have seen sparrows ingesting cockroaches killed by pesticides.
