I love these cute little birds. first when i saw them they were far away,i saw them longingly and wished i could have them in my house, so i started to keep rice and beans and water and cooked rice in my balcony to feed them. for a week they wouldn't come near but then day by day i started to hear their chirping and quarreling, Oh my Goodness i was so excited to see them. First they were only two but now they are lots of. It is fascinating to see them jumping flying,quarreling for mate and area. right now when i am writing this, they are chirping outside my house and making their nest. OMG i am so eager to see their little Kiddo.

The sparrows are in a completely closed environment, its the food court of dlf promenade mall, which has a high ceiling, chandeliers, and 6 artificial palm trees and 4 artificial ficus benjamina trees. the sparrows have createed their nests in the artificial trees,(the tissue papers were taken into these trees top bunch of leaves to make nests). they have plenty of food as its the food court.
There were around 3 males and 5 females when observed.

Recently I saw three baby sparrows on the stairs. Soon I made a nest using a bisleri bottle and moved them to the nest. The parent sparrows took care of their babies. They grew up and left the nest. But now a bigger bird (maina)after seeing the nest which is outside is attacking the nest and taking away the eggs/babies even the parent sparrows resist. Now am trying to save those eggs/babies.

Hi, since my birth I have been seeing sparrows in my home...there are two nest where sparrows usually breed frequently, they feed on the rice items which spill on floor after our meals and we also threw some raw rice grains...many times sparrow gona die when it hits running fan in my home but nowadays we mitigated the problem by less use of fan....they made chirpy sound everyday in my home...all our family member love them lot.

I went for buying at Pahari dheeraj commercial market...while crossing thru narrow lane i saw 2-3 sparrows hving water outside on shop...i felt so excited...i watched them closely and i found there r soooomany sparrows living on an empty plot...i love their sound...nd took so many fotos...
