Dt ; 13 Oct 1991 ; Four Indian Silversbills feeding on a path were driven away by a male sparrow, who thereafter started feeding at same place.
Dt 14 Oct 1991 ; A sparrow observed in hot pursuit of a Pond Heron.
Dt 17 Oct 1991 ; A female caught a small black long legged spider, with some difficulties.
Dt 14 Nov 1991 ; A male seen in pursuit of a Little Brown Dove. On 29 Nov 1991 another bird driving away a Blue Rock Pigeon.

Dt ; 09 Sept 1991 ; A Black Drongo inn vigorous pursuit of a female sparrow.
Dt 20 Sept 1991. Mating pair on streetlight tube, where the female somehow maintained balance during the act, male mounted 5 times.
Dt ; 21 Sept 1991, Female was observed holding a black coloured about 30 mm long caterpillar and flew with it .
Dt ; 28 Sept 1991 ; Mating observed , male mounted 3 times.
Dt ; 29 Sept 1991 ;Three females seen carrying flowers of Babul, Accacia arabica.
Dt ; 29 Sept 1991 ; Four birds amongst a flock going towards roost, repeatedly indulged in aerial combat, performing acrobatics and chirping all the time.

Dt ; 2 to 3 Sept 1991.
1. Stayed for the night here and in morning sparrows around, more in residential areas, total about 40/50 birds.
2. Old abandanded nests in house.
3. I doubt , if ever any , even a bird survey has done in this remote region.

I'm reporting about my house in my native. About 6 months ago we could see just 1 or 2 sparrows... And now 7 or 8 sparrows visit our home every day in the morning and evening.... I don't know where their nests are !!!
It feels so nice when they come as close as 3 or 4 feet... They don't get scared and fly away... We try to make sure that they get something everytime they make a trip to our house...
