IN MY GROCERY SHOP, SPARROWS USE TO COME AND SIT INSIDE THE RICE BAG AND USE TO FEED ON. SUCH INCIDENTS HAPPEN ALMOST EVERT DAY. THEY USE TO FLY AROUND AND CATCH SPIDERS AND OTHER SMALL CREATURES ON THE CEILINGS. BUT EATING ON THE RICE BAG WAS A FUN TO WATCH. NICE CREATURES.

We have fixed a wooden sparrow's shelter with the feeder in our gallery in 2010. We were waiting for the sparrow to build a nest and lay eggs in that. And our dream came true in May 2012. 2 years after fixing the shelter! Now we are enjoying the baby sparrow chirping and also mom sparrow feeding baby sparrow. We are very happy that we have contributed to rise in the no of sparrows by giving them a shelter.
