I have purchased two nest boxes and installed it outside our house A pair of sparrow have build ther nest and water and grains are kept nearby.Till now about three time it has laid eggs.

Actually I'm very fond of birds & plants ,I do feed broken rice to them so they do visit my home almost everyday.
I read in the news paper that sparrow nests are being distributed, i wud be happy to hv it as my home is RCC structure & hence difficult for them to build nests in them.
The atmosphere in my house is quite conducive & its already home to pigeons & doves etc.

because of passion to birds i had made small nests with wood box, small pots with a hole and fixed them in some undisturbed area of house and i regularly put feed and fresh water which circumstance lead to gradually lead to nesting of house sparrows and due to multiple breeding the pack became more than 50. That to have good leafy and bush trees i had planted some trees near to my house were all the birds come and rest . Now their are almost more than 500 to 1000 birds on my tree and every day morning and evening i enjoy the sounds and songs of house sparrow , for which i feel lucky.
