Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I have been living in this area since about 1-1/2 years now and i do occasionally see (observing them for more than 1 month now) a few house sparrows in my front yard. In fact, there is this one sparrow that comes three or four times a week only and perches itself on a cable wire below the front sunshade of my house, all night. Sometimes, i see two of them there. They are occasional visitors only. I wonder why they don't come everyday.
On rainy nights, the sparrow is almost sure to show up.
I'll try and get a photo (i am however worried that it might scare them away)
I have in fact hung a pot with a side opening and covered with straw near this cable wire but the sparrow doesn't seem to be interested in using that space, it still prefers the cable wire. |
