5 years back when mobile towers came in our area, sparrows count declined, however at our place we started to feed the sparrows by keeping raw rice in the edge of our balcony in the early morning around 6:00 AM. Once sparrows got to know about this, they came in more numbers. My dad also started keeping water to drink and bathe in empty Shrikhand containers. Not only sparrows but we have started sighting Red and white headed Bulbuls as well.
