| Tell us more about yourself | For more than 20 years i lived at kolkata and then moved to delhi in the year 1997. Yes, those time we can view sparrow's in our balcony regularly. but from the past 3-4 years its just vanishing..very rarely i see sparrow. Infact i used to place water in my balcony for birds, but i found that crows are bringing meat parts from a nearby shop and dripping it in the water pot..so, for me it was very difficult to clean that pot..and after that i stopped putting water in my balcony. But from past few months i have re-started that process and kept the water pot inside the balcony where crows can't come and started making my balcony green (by putting 7-8 small plants), also, have tied a rope at the top, now i can see that at some instances i have seen sparrows in my balcony.May be they will increase..Hope to see more sparrow's in my balcony. |
