This was a former Scrug area, which has been converted to a residential area. Houses are built around this place , but still a large area of vacant land, parks, shrubbery is still left untouched. This is the place where I do my bird photography at leat a two days in a week and I noticed Hose Sparrows here.They have all taken to the Lantana & Acacia growth around here for their night roosting. They forage around the residences and grocery shops around here. Most of the activities are around the scrubby pockets of vacant land beside a large lake very close the area I have mentioned, called the Bogadhi Lkae. I have pictured the sparrows in this area.
