During '95-'99, there were a lot of sparrows here. Lot of shrubs, bush, and tree cover.There were no cell phone towers during this time,and really less pollution.

This area of Sadashiv Peth has a lot of tree cover.But it is one of the most polluted areas in the city.I have lived here for a long time, and have seen the number of sparrows reducing.

I see a few nests in my office building. They are usually perched on the CCTV cam units. There are a lot many shrubs, grass and trees in our campus. The sparrows seem to loiter around the stairs, but sometimes don't seem to find a way out.

I feed these three sparrows that come to my house everyday. I see them flying into a few more houses but haven't seen a nest yet. I am in d stages of building them one myself to see if they adopt it.
