This is my apartment where I have recently moved in. I see sparrows in one balcony, I would like to revive them. I feed them with grains, but mostly crows eat them. How can I build a nest for sparrows and feed them safe from other bigger birds?

Place is with garden trees surrounding a very old house near market. Sparrows are still present. Temple View Boopathy Apartments,, 16, E Mada St, Lalitha Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur Chennai Tamil Nadu 600041
There are sparrows even now. Atleast 10 birds could be seen. There are four sparrows in my apartment too which is not far from the place marked in map.
