The last time I went there (in front of UP jal nigam, near Saharaganj mall), I was shocked to see a teenage boy selling caged sparrows. I was not in the position to do anything, nevertheless, I was even more outraged by the fact that this was happening right in front of police constable who wasn't a bit bothered. I tried calling People For Animals but their number is always engaged (yeah right as if they have a lot on their platter to do).
