Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | Sidhi; Dt ; 21 May 93 ;H Sparrow observed driving away a Roseringed parakeet .Later in day , A Skylark was in act of aerial display, and was disturbed in between , female joined and chased it away. Dt ; 26 May 93; Mating observed, female incited the male for the act, with drooping shivering wings & calling all the time. Dt 28 May 93 & 06 June 93& 02 July ;A female was observed carrying dry grass straw . Dt 25 June 93 ; Female indulged in aerial capture of winged insects. Dt07 July 93; 8/10 sparrows indulged in aerial capture of insects, interesting was that whenever any of them could capture one , others immediately dashed and seized the prey. |
